We do ship orders internationally*. Orders shipped to Canada will be a minimum of $10.95; all other countries will be a minimum of $14.95. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote prior to order.

Shipping insurance is optional. We highly recommend insuring your items for an additional fee. Please email us if you are interested in this service. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We do pay extra to track each domestic package, delivery confirmation lets us and you know where your package is and when it is delivered. International orders are excluded from this service. If you would like us to add delivery confirmation to your international order, you must email us to have your package shipped via express mail for all applicable fees.

We do offer Gift Wrapping for an additional charge, starting at $5.95. Please contact us via email to request your package be gift wrapped.

Because of the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our hair accessories, hats or custom tutus, unless there was an error in production of your item. Each of these items is made specifically for you. If there was an error on our part, we will gladly exchange your item as long as it is returned in the same box that it was sent to you in and it is returned unused in its original condition. Returning our products in any kind of envelope is unacceptable as the item will likely be damaged in the mail. Shipping charges are not refundable and customer must pay shipping on any returned items. If the return was because of error on our part, no additional shipping cost will be charged.

Items OTHER THAN hair accessories, hats and custom tutus are returnable in unused, sellable condition in the original packaging ONLY. All returned items are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be sent in original packaging, unused, unwashed, and unworn. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
